Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights advocate, writer also a model, actor and author. Her movies are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she was raised in a creative environment. In the beginning she was employed as an assistant in photography. Later on she shifted her focus towards modeling and directing. In her first two films her name was acknowledged and was awarded the Golden Globe Award as Most Popular Young Actress. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was one of the biggest hits that gained the world to her in addition to being an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three years, MacGraw was ranked as the most popular female box-office starter in the world. At Grauman's Chinese Theater in the year 1972, she got her handprints and signature engraved. The other films she's appeared in are The Getaway Convoy Players as in the mini-series on TV The Winds of War. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
