Lita Rossana Ford (also also known as Lita Ford) is a British born American singer on guitar who took the lead in The Runaways a female hard rock band in the 70s. The group was admired for their rebellious lyrics and punkish fashion. The band did not enjoy any fans within The United States. However, the group's popularity increased abroad and especially in Japan. Ford had a long and successful career as a solo heavy metal performer after the band split together in 1979. Her debut solo album was 'Dancin' On the Edge and was followed by the Album Out for Blood. Ford's albums were not very well-received and she stayed away for a couple of years. In 1988, she came back to the music scene by releasing a dazzling album titled "Lita. Kiss Me Deadly (single) and Close My Eyes Forever (ballad) were two of her most popular hits. However, the success of her career was not long-lasting and for several years she disappeared. In 1995 she debuted "Black," and 15 years later 'Wicked Wonderland. The album "Time Capsule" was made available by her in the year 2016. Guitar Player Magazine awarded her the prestigious Certified Guitar Legend Award.

She's best known for her role on Bring it On All or Nothing. The Secret Life of the American Teenager. The Cutting Edge 3 Chasing the Dream. The Cutting Edge Fire & Ice. Her roots are both Honduran and Mexican. She was a student at Bishop Alemany. Raisa started dancing when she was five. However, she's very private with the relationships she has with her family. She was nominated as Favorite TV Actress in the ALMA Awards in 2011. ALMA Awards as well as Choice Scene Stealer in the 2012 Teen Choice Awards and earned the distinction of the Outstanding Female Rising Star in an Drama or Special in the 2011 Gracie Allen Awards, all of which was due to her performance as a character in The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
